Data act

1. Structures and formats of exportable data

Data may be exported freely out of an XplorDB database as CSV dumps, Geopackage, or any OGC container using the native QGIS database management tool with the credentials provided by Apeiron as part of the Service.

The purpose of each individual table is described in the maintainer documentation.

2. Interoperability standards and specifications

XplorDB databases are run on PostgreSQL+PostGIS RDBMS and comply with OGC standards for geographical data as a consequence.

XplorDB databases also claim partial GeoSciML coverage for geological data.

3. Measures to prevent international access by public authorities to non-personal data

Apeiron guarantees digital sovereignty by hosting all their infrastructure (including client databases) on OVHCloud servers which are geographically located in metropolitan France and ran using only FOSS technology.

Apeiron includes full database and backup encryption services in its various XplorDB products.
