XplorDB: the sovereign FOSS drillhole database

When we started development work on OpenLog, we came to the conclusion that we had to do more than publish a simple striplog viewer plugin for QGIS.

Mining and exploration geos need a place to store their data securely, to dump it back into fragile .CSVs or GIS layers is out of the question and directing users to legacy paid options goes against our core FOSS commitment.

In partnership with Mineral Data Services we set out to integrate OpenLog with XplorDB: the first 100% Open Source drillhole database schema.
